I'd like to be a sailor scout of some sort but with a steampunk twist. I've always said I'd dress up like sailor moon but never get around to it.
ReplyDeleteDude, steampunk sailor scout sounds really cool!! Do send pictures if you ever do it! :D
DeleteA character that I have always wanted to cosplay as is Holo from spice and wolf
ReplyDeleteThanks for having such an awesome blog and doing such a sweet giveaway :)
No problem!!! We will probably do more of these things in the future :D Thanks for entering!! ^^
DeleteThis is awesome guys. :) My friends on facebook recommended your blog, and it's adorable. :)
ReplyDeleteI LOVE Arda, too! I'm in the middle of dying one of their wigs at the moment. ^.^ Some of my current cosplays in progress are: Stocking Anarchy (School Uniform), Valentine from the new game Skullgirls, Female version of the 11th Doctor from Doctor Who, Arwen from Lord of the Rings, and Mystique from X-Men: Age of Apocalypse. :)
I look forward to checking out your blog! :D
Thanks so much! Those sound like they are going to be awesome costumes - I'll leave it at that before I start nerding out over Lord of the Rings!
DeleteHaha, you can nerd out a little bit. ;) I got an Evenstar Pendant for my graduation gift, so I'm nerding out quite a bit myself! :D
DeleteOMG so exciting!
DeleteI want to re-cosplay Nailah from Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn and my daughter wants to cosplay Chibi-Usa from Sailor Moon
ReplyDeleteawww mother and daughter cosplay!!!!!! :3 that's so cute!
DeleteI really want to cosplay Kuroro Lucifer from Hunter x Hunter! Been wanting to do this one for years, and it's my ultimate cosplay goal in this next year.
ReplyDeleteI totally still have my Kurapika cosplay from 6 years ago. Although the chain jail rings never fit me...>.> HXH is the best! Too bad it's on Hiatus again...Q_Q
DeleteAhhhh I love HxH cosplayers and that was definitely a cool arc. I have a Neon and Killua cosplay personally - though I have had a group before with the main 4 and a good portion of the Zaoldyck family.
Delete.o. This is awesome! I've been a fan of Arda's even before I got my first cosplay together x'D Haven't been into the hobby for very long but it's been tons of fun so far! Can't wait to see more of your costumes!
ReplyDeleteSome of the cosplays I'm going to be doing are Axel from Kingdom Hearts, Hunter from Left4Dead, and Jack Skellington from Nightmare Before Christmas c:
Awesome choices, the Hunter especially (but I think I may have a little bias :P). Thanks for commenting!
DeleteWow this blog is so cool o3o I might spend all day on here instead of doing productive chores ehehehehe ^^;
ReplyDeleteI'd like to cosplay Vanessa from King Of Fighters and Maria from Arakawa under the bridge in the near future. I'm going to be cosplaying Rarity from My Little Pony and Ema Skye from Ace Attorney at Anime Central this year though. 8D
Haha, blogging does that to you sometimes. Glad you like it, and good luck on your cosplays!
DeleteSo first this is awesome what you guys are doing! (I normally don't really know the first thing about log following but I LOVE reading reviews to help me with my cosplay purchases!) I do love Arda wigs (recently became addicted to them~
ReplyDeleteOne of the cosplays I want to cosplay in the future is one that I have been itching to do. Tron World Sora from Kingdom Hearts and by seeing the new design from Dream Drop Distance, I SO want to tackle it. (I'm a big Sora cosplayer and have cosplayed almost every version of him~)
Thank you!! Are you planning on using EL wire for the cool Tron effect? I'm considering using it to light up one of my weapons but my knowledge of circuitry makes me sad...>.> Physics class failed at teaching me about how to incorporate things into cosplay >.< Let me know if you successfully do it!!
DeleteI have plans for San (Princess Mononoke), The Duchess (Are you Alice?), and an original Steampunk for this year. I'd really like to purchase the Victoria wig for the steampunk and other fun costumes!
ReplyDeleteOoh I love (LOVE) Steampunk outfits. We actually went in steampunk to a scifi con a while ago, but didn't really get any good pictures. The Victoria wig would be perfect for Steampunk, now you're making me want to buy it lol.
DeleteI have cosplay plans for Fionna from Adventure Time and a Witch from Left 4 Dead for this year :) I'm also doing a Pinkie Pie cosplay, but my friend is making our costumes. :)
ReplyDeleteGotta love the Witch! What are you making the claws out of?
DeleteI love that! :D I also Cosplay Pinkie Pie and Fionna. :D
DeleteI really would like to cosplay Caius from Final Fantasy XIII-2, but his outfit would be really hard to hand make. I would also enjoy doing Sephiroth, Cloud, or some other Final Fantasy characters. There are just so many to choose from!
ReplyDeleteI agree, Caius' outfit is pretty intimidating (though feasible with enough patience.....and fun foam, :P). And that SWORD!
DeleteBut anyways, I love the Final Fantasy characters/series and really enjoy seeing cosplay of it. :)
I'm working on a humanized GLaDOS at the moment, and also Pinkie Pie's Gala dress. My GLaDOS is going to end up my baby, I just know it. Eiiiiither that or I'll hate it.
ReplyDeleteI'll bet your GLaDOS cosplay will be a HUGE SUCCESS. It's hard to overstate my satisfaction :P
DeleteBut really, there's so much open to interpretation, you'll have lots of fun.
Awesome that you guys are doing this. Yeah, okay, I'll enter. Huh, what would I cosplay, though? Not quite sure. I mean, I could always go with GW...
ReplyDeleteDude, you can't go wrong with Guild Wars :D. I'm still looking for a chance to make a Paragon Vabbian armor cosplay, haha.
DeleteHey! I found you blog a few weeks ago and love it! You guys are awesome! :D
ReplyDeleteI'm slowly putting together a pinkie pie cosplay... and just finished a totoro corset! cant wait to wear it!
